The location of the apartment is near Lifeclass Terme Sveti Martin and also other spas in Slovenia, less than 100 km from the capital Zagreb, half way to the Adriatic or Vienna, next to the town of Zrinski Čakovec and Baroque Varaždin.

The apartment is part of a country house with its own large yard, parking space for several cars, own garden and orchard. It is possible to come to the house with a pet with the agreement and on the conditions of the house order. The apartment is a separate unit with two rooms, a kitchen, bathroom, an additional toilet and a sauna. In the kitchen there are always available basic spices, coffee and tea, and you will be welcomed by a welcome drink or some homemade product from our own garden.

In the courtyard of the apartment there is a possibility of playing basketball and a table tennis. Next to the house there is a volleyball court for the beach volleyball, a playground, a trim track, a boccie court, a badminton playground, a small pond and a forest. The whole village and surroundings have pedestrian or bicycle trails, countless opportunities for walking or recreation before bedtime.
